Rates and Fees:
Consultations: These are the rates for the clinic location consultations:
Initial Consultation (approximately 1.5 hours) $75** Follow up Consultation (approximately 45 mins) $40**
These are the rates for in-home or in-office consultations:
Initial Consultation (approximately 1.5 hours) $80** Follow-up Consultation (approximately 45 mins) $45**
Telephone follow-up consultations will be charged at the same rate as in clinic above.
**We do have a sliding scale and our goal is to not turn anyone away because of finances. We have Senior, Student and Low-Income Discounts. Please ask about them when you call to make an appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Please make all cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to respect the time of the practitioner and other clients. If you do not cancel prior to 24 hours then you are subject to pay a fee at your next visit unless there is a valid reason.
Herbal Medicine: (All of our medicine is either Certified Organic or Ethically Wildcrafted)
All of the fees include the custom formulation and the dispensing:
100mL of custom tincture (1 weeks worth) $15 200mL of custom tincture (2 weeks worth) $30
30g of custom cream or ointment $6 60g of custom cream or ointment $12
100g of dried tea $8 200g of dried tea $16
All above prices are subject to BC taxes.
**We really appreciate your referrals if you are satisfied with your treatment. In order to show our appreciation, we will offer you a 25% discount on Follow-Up Consultations for each new client you refer to us!
Clients will receive a detailed instruction booklet or email with their medicine to educate them about what medicine they are taking and what benefit it has on the body and the overall health of the individual. All medications will be discussed in detail with the client to ensure that they understand how the medicine will work and what to expect.
In most cases, the medicine will be formulated for you immediately following your consultation so that you can begin taking it right away. |
